I'd be amazed if it was proved none of the four "subscribers" were either direct participants, or family, friends, associates of some of the participants/groups involved in the June placement.

Hopefully ASX/ASIC get all info required from the company and have a good look at Sanston's involvement as well so they can punish anyone involved in the set up.
