    Given that under the deal LWP will receive no funds this month as per their statement that vwap needs to be 0.17 cents , they will need to receive close to $200k per month for the next 11 months to get to the $2m.

    To get $200k per month according to their own calcs the share price needs to be 0.5 cents per share.
