ASX should also ask the company how they could possibly say to the market on the 17th May 2017 in their published reply to the ASX that they expect the Lanstead agreement to provide $2m to the company given:
- the share price at the time which meant that Lanstead did not have to contribute any funds,
- the low level of activity within the company, and
- the absence of any trigger to lift the share price to the level required to receive $2m from Lanstead.
