    I might be misreading the latest announcements but:
    11 Sep - LWP announced that the it had submitted voluntary amendments around 17 Mar reducing potential rebates to $597k. this was in reference as to when the company had first become aware of rebate revenue not being as high as previously claimed.

    However the latest position on the rebate was announced by LWP on 14 Aug was:
    - LWP claim for 2015 rejected
    - Ecopropp 2014 - rebate of $69,996
    - Ecopropp 2015 - rebate of $59,134
