How close to trading while insolvent does that make it? No Australian Auditor can verify the bank accounts and cash balance, and the Chinese govt have basically seized their bank accounts to cover contingent liabilities (which they forgot to tell us about iirc)
And they can't pay their dividend. etc Nor do they know when, or if they will ever get approval
In what way is this not a class action in the waiting
