Thank you to the ASX (or to whoever orchestrated the complaint and ignited action).
So now we know.
1) Local director search currently underway.
2) Loan for $400k currently being arranged from China Sam and should be announced before Dec 20th.
3) Longer term, discussions already underway with various groups to raise "substantial capital".
