    Sorry but I Need to get this off my chest:

    ASX asks NLI to answer the questions given. NLI does and if even if they want to, I don't think they are allowed write a whole Essay for each if the answer simply is "no". Even if the were, let me give u a simple example:
    If your barber asks you, which haricut you would like, do you tell him about you whole week planned? This is a FORMAL procedure, mere bureaucracy... There is no room for jibber jabber. It is just plain formal and this is how bureaucracy is done...
