It does doesn't it. Considering they are still evaluation the stock and have asked for a new formulation, it reeks of this deal not being quite so done. Throw into the mix that the buyer is brand new, and it all looks like smoke and mirrors to me....all imho.
Ive been in for a while, and I'm thinking this might just be the final straw
