There is always going to be speed bumps - just the price of doing business.

Varm Cosmo requested additional bulk samples, including a new Formulation - meaning that Varm Cosmo are upgrading as our technology improves by the second. If I was in Varm Cosmo and there was an improved product I knew was coming but unsure exactly when, I'd delay a couple of months to get years of competitive advantage in the market place. No point releasing a product and 3 months later releasing a better product to compete with yourself. That would be foolish and make you look like you are pushing out an inferior product without the clients best interest at heart just for a couple of extra bucks. You want a client who cares for their reputation as well.

Short term delay for what is obviously a long term relationship. I'm still in and happy with the way its progressing.
