Yep the company may have played on this a little but you find me one listed company that doesn't spin on good news.

The defining point here which is pivotal to an outcome of the ASX enquiry is purely and only whether GSW's communications to the market have been at all, sufficiently, or materially/deliberately inconsistent.

Reading their latest responses I still don't see anything materially awry or necessarily deliberate.

As unfortunate as this scenario is, it will no doubt present a good buying opportunity for existing holders to average down and enjoy some nice returns at a later date.

From my perspective, absolutely no point letting anyone have my existing shares on the cheap, so I will not be selling any.
