Actually no its correct. GSW makes price sensitive market announcements about big contracts and upside projected revenue. The SP skyrockets.
GSW say nothing in such announcements or later announcements of the following, which is absolutely material based on their existing revenue:
- nothing about trial periods
- nothing about potential for nil or much less revenue based on pricing model
- nothing about said contracts being terminated
I applaud your knowledge/research into the company, but the average mug punter in the street is expected to be informed of such material information in company announcements. That is why the rules of continuous disclosure are in place.
Further ASX/ASIC action aside, when trading re opens, any big plunge will demonstrate that the market has not been not happy with the level of disclosure to date.
