Once you have your product in / bums on seats then you push your advantage, streamline, absorb any competition and become THE force in your space. AKA Amazon, Facebook etc etc.

For me growth and adoption is the key metric. Everything else will follow suit. The 4C and a transaction count update is what I need to see.

Agree with what you said - growth and adoption is key and the 4C will be a good indicator.

But I think you are missing my point - which is trust is also vital and cannot be discounted. This whole debacle has the potential for GSW to be untrustable going forward.
