Last qtr had 8.6m and zero debt the operating scf showed -0.5m based on 8m quarterly receipts but included 2m of one off costs due to the ipo and they clearly stated they are pursuing growth organically and through acquisitions rather than profit but still are forecasting first dividend and profit in fy 18.

Seems healthier delivery than gsw operating receipts of -o.5m based on cash receipts of 175k
