The main threat I see to the company is Fidelity taking steps to unwind their placement. That still leaves $50m and may be enough to entice IMF or some other group to fund a legal case. I am no expert and simply highlighting either of these courses of action as a risk. In circumstances where there is an egregious loss of money, potential for management to be found to have made some serious errors of some sort and a giant pile of cash potentially accessible then those are the key ingredients for an action to be commenced either Fidelity on its own or as part of a larger consortium.
