    I am not assuming. And what GSW is enduring is most certainly unusual but not unprecedented. It's not clear to me that inquiries into GSW's conduct are complete. If you can point me that news that would be helpful. From my experience when $100s of millions are lost people seek to hold someone responsible. It would be unwise to think this is not a risk
