* They incorporate the trial period into the contract, meaning they can say a contract is signed.
* All the contract really is, is a pricing deal (put X volume through and you'll pay Y).
* No obligation to use it past the trial, or for that matter to even trial it if you don't feel like it
No new "contract" of theirs means anything from now on. Only the 4Cs have any real meaning and they don't show much yet. This is all about trust, and that went down the toilet.
Hopefully they can resurrect something from this ... I guess a good reminder that cash is king.
