Melua I think you need to go back and look at the history of ASX listing rules regarding cash boxes since the 1987 crash.
Further I think you also need to take into consideration the Reps & Warranties under the 'firm offer commitment letter' made to FIL and IFM under the terms of the $75m placement. Until you read these and take into account any potential disclosure issues you are pre-empting that the $75m stays with the company also.
