    Yes I'm aware of those provisions. I'm assuming the $75M stays with GSW. If indeed the non-disclosure is proven and the directors are prosecuted by ASIC and GSW is also sued by the funds that participated in the raising, then it's back to shell value. Let's first see what the GSW response is to the latest ASX concerns.
