No one got the model, because the full details of the model only came out to light over the last 7 days.
SaaS offerings do not generically only mean trial period and an only pay for what you eat model. SaaS can mean locked in periods, and minimum or locked in metrics/ pricing.
GSW has clearly misinformed the market. Whether by intent or not is up for debate. But they have been caught and at a minimum need to ensure they appoint someone to the board that knows something about corporate governance.
Will be interesting to see the ASX/ASIC next move.
