This is crazy regarding the response to the 2nd question

" PRL is considering the issue of additional shares on ASX and borrowing as well as introducing a new partner into the project as outlined in its December quarterly report."
I do not expect a CR or borrowing from previous ann.
CR at 0.003c or what? Who is going to participate in this? And even the cooperator or development partner seems have dissed the project otherwise they would contribute in the first place. Not a good sign. Better off ATM.
