Yes, I agree with you about the valuation of the company being way over valued, but I am not willing to completely write off the company and say it's valued at $0, 20c, 50c like some down rampers have been saying. and without clarifications and more info from the company $8,$10 calls by someuprampers are ridiculous as well.

I do see some positives in the company and give them benefit of the benefit of the doubt seeing they are a young company. You can't just write off every company for not having no evidence and track record after one or two years of its inception. I am sure most succesful companies out there have started off small and had bumpy starts.

For that reason I am planning to wait on the sideline to see more information before making up my mind about whether to invest or stay out.
