Sounds like they are going to be telling GSW that they might possibily have a case against them with regards to compliance with the $75m raising when you read between the lines. There is no way that when they raised that money that the market was fully aware of GSW's position.
Each too there own but whats this been a week or so since PWC have been involved? and they need a minimum to the 19th of Feb to sort through the rest of the garbage? sounds like a disaster too me.
Extremely incompetent management. Makes you wonder how Companies like this even list when their staff are not even trained properly. How embarrassing.
