Just to be very clear and transparent here.

I know of one fund that is short the stock from quotes in the press and that is it.

I am not short GSW and I currently have no intention of ever considering an investment in GSW at ANY price.

For me to ever even put GSW in my 'to be considered' LONG list there would for starters have to be

(1) a 'Deed of Release' signed by Fidelity and announced to the market via the ASX platform providing comfort that their $54m will unequivocally remain in GSW's bank account.

(2) A complete overhaul of the current senior executive leadership team.

Seriously best of luck here to you and others - this situation IMO is a great case study on many fronts, not only the nuances of investor psychology and behaviors.

Let's all come back to these posts in a few months time and then we can all look back with the benefit of hindsight !
