And Fidelity would never sign said deed of release, in fact a reasonable person could assume these funds are at genuine risk of exposure to legal action if the alleged non-disclosure allegations are substantiated.
In any case market sentiment will arrive ahead of any legal judgement and the shorts will gang tackle the stock. It’s the classic unwinding of an irrational market valuation.
