Yes perhaps the doc was made in a rush. At the presentation if they don't cover it when the slide is presented, I'm sure it'll be covered at the Q&A.
You could interpret the text as 'produced in February, evaluated in March'. But a better explanation is that slide 9 was added later.
The way I read it, 'this month' means 'this month', i.e. February, as a whole slide is dedicated to it.
