Yes, he can even delegate the negotiation task. I'd like to have been a fly on the wall on the various discussions, but I doubt they will ever see the light of day. In the end, SK's shares will be subject to shareholder approval and if the story is not good enough they won't be approved, simple as that. Right now we have a degree of certainty where there was not a week ago.
I agree Ben is a star and he has guided this process very well.
