    From reading this announcement it appears that the company had circulated an Information Memorandum to selected individuals and someone has then forwarded onto ASX. (Good on them is all I can say). So much for the disclosure practices of the company.

    Upon reading the ASX queries this is sounding much like a repeat of the Shaun Morgan/ICBC Capital debacle all over again and shareholders being treated like mushrooms.
