I completely agree.....the fact is AVZ have done absolutely nothing wrong and its too simple for some learned posters to get a grip on.
Its plainly clear the ASX were not happy about ML's tweets and pulled the only lever they could to get an answer from the company, a price query......they have no control over twitter, although I suspect from now on there will be a back tracking from some on the twitter front.
AVZ were forced to answer why ML posted his tweets. Im 100% certain ML would never have asked for permission....why would he. How would or could AVZ have known he would do so? Every man and his dog knows how big the intersections are and as has been pointed out here, the 2017 cores were on AVZ's website 3 weeks before they were announced without drama......I would have though they were way way more price sensitive. DB
