I'm still confused that the ASX somehow thinks that the great unwashed (retail punters) getting information is not on!! Stuff you ASX and the busted arse horse you rode in on.
Brokers, institutions and s708's have been getting this type of information before the rest of the market since the start of time. Is the ASX worried that they are losing control of the status quo, where snippets of info (non-market sensitive of course!) were shared over a glass of red at the WA Club or RFBYC?
Now ML comes along and upsets the apple cart - it's a disgrace I tells ya!!
