REL could simply be spending like drunken sailors THINKING the well (s) will be successful. Dangerous policy but not a scam, just men being men enjoying themselves haha The well is either REAL or not real OR they know it useless beforehand and in which case they bleeding off the money and definitely deserve to be up for fraud ect under corporations act.
