    Trouble is well could be HUGE - but Featheby et al has siphoned off the capital needed to develop well. As I pointed out earlier - there are no contingencies for unexpected events - such as not getting a clear read on the flows. From recollection, there were performance requirements that REL/PLC had to acheive to qualify for their %age. If it is a goer and we don't meet deadlines - does it all go back to CRC?
