@Spikerama excellent work mate. I will file my report tomorrow.. but to be honest I'm only going to screenshot and use the data you have collected. It will add to the attention of the ASX that there is something not right and action it promptly if more people report it. But I would assume DTZ already has red flags next to it. But let me ask the process on these shares? These are the ones that have already been issued? Yes / no? And the big no no in this case that the board and investors were wrongfully told that the payments of shares were to unrelated parties (which are actually related parties to key management personnel) and also that any of those services/payments were supposed to be in the initial prospectus?? Am I getting this right? I'm no lawyer or anything like that so I'm just trying to get my head around the technicalities of this all. It's messy. Could you please dot point summaries for the none technical thinkers like myself please?
