Plant that generates 12t per day of 'battery minerals', but different sulfide mix (North American, so high in Arsenic as most from there are).

As RDL said, most mines don't do it themselves. They just ship it out to another companies processing plant.

Celsius has frequently stated they want to do this 'in house', which makes sense as it really is a 'Cobalt play' rather than just having it as side credits.

So yep, employ professional industrial chemists, build the plant, etc. Onwards and upwards.
