What a disaster. Uninvested cash for months, leaking management fees (without corresponding results), massive liabilities v current assets (solvency in question) and clearly underperforming unlisted investments at questionable valuations. I would say we should expect to kiss our money goodbye 10c/$1. It's time to get legal on these Directors in my opinion.
