JBFG is not the same as JBL. We pay performance and management fees to JBL (John Bridgeman Ltd), so returning them would not affect the valuation of JBFG (JB Financial Group).
I doubt JBL has the cash on hand to return our fees though, it will be tied up somewhere in the web, and maybe JBL has had one too many capital raisings from "sophisticated and professional investors" to get away with any more.
