The current bid/ask spread is $0.50 / $1.82 and there hasn't been a trade since 14th Feb at $2.00.
Last trade price would normally be appropriate, but I agree it just stinks for a security that's this illiquid. Surely the answer is somewhere between the current bid/ask, but where? With no recent trades you may as well treat it as unlisted.
I was questioning this back when the offer for JBFG involved part-payment in JBL shares. I kind of assume the offer changed again because of this same issue.
Whole thing's a mess, but that's stating the obvious...
