The company has prospective gold assets but it's core focus is now EV materials (mainly Cobalt, Nickel and Scandium) - as such they plan to spin off the non-core gold assets into a new company and give AUZ holders shares in that new entity. No timeframe for this as yet, but it seems likely to happen this year.
