If AJM are producing 6.5% concentrate one would need to consider the economic impact of the higher grade and also the demand for this high grade product and the interest in AJM that will follow. Is there anyone else producing 6.5% grade? Also I note that AJM have also assembled their own in house metallurgy team- perhaps whilst it takes longer to recruit and train specialists but the benefits of having your own in house experts, with knowledge of the specific resource I assume is enormous? This were the experience of the mgt team well and truly comes into play- when you are investing in companies that aren't cashflow generating all we are investing in is management and it appears they are on the ball. Interesting times ahead !
