Ann: Response to ASX Query, page-100

Firstly, very sorry to hear your investment has taken that much of a hit.

The company needs a very solid news flow of positive announcements to send the SP back the right way. Unfortunately, in my opinion only, the previous SP's >0.2 had market sentiment already factoring in CFDA approval. Realistically, a lot needs to happen to even reenter the teens.

There are now the issues of:
- NCA hiccup significantly delaying the CFDA side
- lack of clarity in previous announcements regarding acquisitions raising as-yet unanswered questions
- other "fluffy" announcements which are yet to deliver any real value except minor SP hikes and quick retraces
- the ASX query which is this thread's subject, and the implications of that are yet to be determined
- perceived or real lack of confidence

All to be weighed up against:
- the company is still in its fledgling stage and is setting up distribution deals at a reasonable rate (at face value, more details are still required)
- what will actually happen with a CFDA approved product
- what will happen leading up to and beyond CIIE
- will the JAT retail stores deliver any value

There's big questions on both sides and I'm not going to attempt to predict the outcome for either side. The market however is showing what it thinks, at least in the short term...
