Are you, or is anyone else, aware of how long the ASX nominates it will take to respond to a response? Their requirement for JAT to respond to them appeared to be 5 calendar days, but I'm not sure if the ASX themselves commit to a response period.
Within the ASX query it stated "your response should be sent to me by email..... this is to allow me to review your response to confirm that it is in a form appropriate for release to market..." Does this clause and the fact that it has been released to market imply that it satisfies the ASX, or is that connecting the dots incorrectly?
