JAT will come good , I've not the slightest doubt, but it is only for the patient and the brave.

No concern with this evening's announcements:

Re Green Forest, it doesn't really matter whether they're a distributor or sub-distributor for those brands. The only thing that matters is the money which they're making there, which will soon be reflected in JAT's own financials when the acquisition is complete. This can be expected to improve our cash position.

Re Xipeng Li, nothing new there. The SEC stuff has already been discussed here and having read the details myself I would say that he was more negligent than devious in the circumstances. Certainly no angel but in my experience good business is rarely done by angels.

The fact that he's not been precluded from acting as a company director in the US suggests that any fuss about any of this will be extremely short-lived.
