I don't agree. Anyone following the narrative of this company would realise he's really quite pivotal to the implementation of the plan.
If it's a breach of ASIC Director rules then by all means rectify the breach and cop whatever whack comes. But severing ties with Mr Li would remove the inside track the company professes to hold.
