Yeah, I know, I'm just trying to work out whether it's intent or incompetence. I keep thinking it must be the latter because how could they possibly think they'd get away with it, with all the current scrutiny? Just to save a few weeks in taking JBL to a vote that they'd probably have the numbers for? The mind boggles.
