    Can’t dispute that.
    Problem is, you’re in suspension now and SHs are stuck until trading again.
    This guy gets paid $120k plus pa and those funds come from the continual equity raising that’s diluting SH value. You would expect he’d be better at his job. There’s really no excuse and this is definitely not the first time. Been several cockups.
