$1,486,407 of this amount relates to historical long-term creditors of the 3D printermanufacturing subsidiary Robo 3D, Inc., the Company has received preliminary legal advicefrom the Company’s USA-based legal advisors regarding some of the major liabilities andbelieves that no other members of the Company group would be responsible for these liabilitiesother than Robo 3D, Inc,. Currently, these liabilities remain on the balance sheet of Robo 3D,Inc. and will do so while the Company continues to work through the restructuring alternativesin relation to these historical long term creditors.
am i reading this correctly, they are carrying a $1.5million liability that they are simply running away from?
this wont be trading by the end of the year IMO
