However, as the arrangement was that the lease would operate at the beginning of March then GBF has to pay the minimal monthly lease fee. So MXR is owed a month's fee already

I think the MXR BOD and especially Kevin Malaxos must find the situation absolutely frustrating and quite annoying to have this dragged out from mid December to nearly the end of March. My sympathies are with Kevin.

I highly doubt the mill has been sitting their idle. It would be in MXRs interest to keep the mill rolling in the meantime...
