By "the other guys", you mean the team that has put in their own time and money into the TOV application that resulted in orders that actually make BHD still worth something? What has RAMCAP done for the benefit of BHD shareholders?

I'm fairly certain that BHD shareholders have all heard a fund manager blowing their own trumpet before and are going to be much more wary the second time around. As the saying goes: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
