It does read as though the ASX has decided (or is strongly suspecting that) the company, having sold of its main business to, essentially, it's own (former) employees, is now trading insolvent. I found the references to the criminal jail and fines liabilities extremely interesting and cause for hope for some of the poor shareholders.
