Good to read all the reactions here. I first read the ASX letter. Thought - yeah good questions, need to asked, and glad I'm not in the hot seat to respond. Then I read the responses and thought - yeah good responses. The timing of all this smells. Taking APT response at face value I am disgusted at AUSTRAC process and wondering what the hell they are trying to achieve. What HAS been achIeved Is the tImIng of all thIs has cast seeds of doubt - and those sellIng have lost confidence in the share price at least. End of the day I think APT are not tryIngbto sIdestep regulatory hoops - just workIng out how to deal wIth them. That's my take anyway and just feeling a bit peed off all round at the timing of all this when only a short while ago we (wIth exceptIon of constant down rampers) were just hanging out to hear the latest from the US and UK!!
