LIC with highly complex transactions, small enough that ASIC wont do anything due to resource limitations, nor will any law firm care to take on a class action at this size.

Essentially free to rape and pillage at will. And if there is the slightest trouble, utilise shareholders money to fund an army of lawyers to intimidate and put down any rebellion or unrest.

All the while the funds are named after Pirates for the ultimate FU.
